Update Service Doesn't Download

Problem

When attempting to run Update Service and noting that none of the updates were being transferred from the server to the client, the following messages were found.


Event Log:

A Transient Error occurred in

Error Description: The system cannot find the path specified.

Solution

Change the User Account Control Settings to Default (Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer).
