Printing works to Noristsu from some machines but not others

Problem: Printing from Digital Workplace to the Noritsu works from some machines but not others.

Details:

• Drivers and printer settings are the same on both the machines where it works and those were it does not.
• Anti-virus software is installed on the machine(s) where printing does not work.

Solution: Uninstall the anti-virus software. Simply disabling it may not be enough.
