AdamsWeb requires JavaScript message
Problem
Adams Web displays the message "JavaScript is disabled. AdamsWeb requires JavaScript" instead of the expected page (e.g. Login page).
Solution
For both the Internet zone and the Local Intranet zone, enable the Active Scripting option in the Internet Explorer (IE) Internet options. That can be done by explicitly enabling that option or by lowering the Internet zone level to "Medium-high" and the Local intranet zone level to "Medium-low" and restoring the default settings for those levels. After making the changes, close and reopen IE to ensure they take effect.
In IE 11, the Active Scripting setting is found at:
Gear > Internet Options > Security tab > Custom level > Scripting > Active scripting
And, the zone levels are found at:
Gear > Internet Options > Security tab
