Adams Web Missing Icons

Problem

Downloading Fonts are disabled

1. Internet Explorer Options > Security > Local Intranet > Custom level... > Downloads > Font download

2. Enable should be selected

Server is not in the Local Intranet site list

1. Internet Explorer Options > Security > Local Intranet > Sites > Advanced

2. Add the Adams Web server's domain to the list (e.g. http://*.domain.com or https://*.domain.com)

3. To verify the Adams Web pages are treated as intranet pages, use IE.  Enable the menu bar.  Then select File > Properties.  The Zone should be Intranet not Internet

Group Policy is blocking "untrusted fonts"

1. Group Policy editor > Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Mitigation Options\Untrusted Font Blocking

2. Should be disabled

Certificate Errors

Check the web browser for information about certificate errors.

Antivirus is blocking fontdrvhost.exe

This executable is part of Windows font management.
