Can't login to cloud app

Problem

When trying to connect to Adams Web or Adams Admin the user is immediately taken to a page with a Login button that tells them they don’t have permission to connect. They are never prompted for login information or to choose an account.

Solution

The wrong user information is cached for the site. This solution applies to Chrome.

  1. Open a new blank tab

  2. chrome://settings/siteData

  3. Search the cookies for the site

  4. Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for the site

  5. Search the cookies for login.microsoftonline.com

  6. Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for microsoftonline (i.e. Azure)
