Adams Bridge, Azure, and Switching Users

Adams Bridge, Azure, and Switching Users

When authenticating with Azure AD Adams Bridge caches user credentials to minimize the number of logins the user has to perform.

If user logs into Adams Bridge with one account, and then switches to a different account in Adams Web on the same server, Bridge will still be logged into the original account.

To clear the cache follow these steps.

  1. Exit Adams Bridge

  2. Find the Adams Bridge install directory. It will be in a directory with this pattern:

    C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Foray Technologies\AdamsBridge

  3. Delete the Data directory

    1. This will delete the authentication for any/all servers you have connected to

  4. Reload the Adams Web Assets page.

  6. Adams Bridge will start and prompt you to login
