Enable International Languages in Outlook
In order for Outlook 2010 to display another language outside of English, the following setting must be made.
Instructions
This was discovered while testing the 5.0 Greek release when clicking the Email icon in Adams Web and the Subject line was not showing the correct language.
From the file screen window of Outlook 2010, click Options -> Advanced -> International options -> check the "Allow UTF-8 support for mailto: protocol"
