How to Change an Azure AD Guest User Account Password

The user can use one of these two options for changing their Azure AD guest user account password.

1. Use the Forgot Password link on the Adams Web Azure login page

2. Use one of the Identity Provider’s reset password page. The Identity Provider may be Azure AD or Microsoft live depending on how the guest user account was created. If you are not sure which to use, try Azure AD. If that fails, try Microsoft Live.
