How to Deactivate a Foray Filter via Email

Before a computer is decommissioned, hard drive is replaced, or OS is reinstalled it is important to deactivate the Foray Filters. 

1. Create the deactivation request code

   1. Open Photoshop

   2. Open an image 

   3. Select the Filter , Foray and then Chromatic FFT or Image Calibrator on the menu bar

   4. Click Deactivate

   5. A deactivation dialog will appear 

   6. Select Deactivate over the phone 

   7. Click Deactivate.

   8. You will receive a Request Code.

   9. Send the Activation ID and Request Code to support@foray.com

   10. Foray will send you a Response Code back to you via the ticket.

2. Enter the response code

   1. Paste the code sent to you by Foray in the Response Code field.

   2. Click the Deactivate button

   3. A deactivation dialog will appear stating that the deactivation was successful.

How to Activate a Foray Filter via Email

Once the filters have been deactivated from the computer they were on they can be activated on a new computer.

1. Create the activation request code

   1. Install Filters if they are not already installed

   2. Open Photoshop

   3. Open an image 

   4. Select the Filter , Foray and then Chromatic FFT or Image Calibrator on the menu bar

   5. Click Activate

   6. An activation dialog will appear

   7. Select Activate over the phone

   8. Enter the Activation ID

   9. Click Activate 

   10. You will receive a Request Code.

   11. Send the Activation ID and Request Code to support@foray.com

   12. Foray will send you a Response Code back to you via the ticket.

2. Enter the response code

   1. Paste the code sent to you by Foray in the Response Code box.

   2. Click the Activate Button

   3. An Activation dialog will appear stating that the Activation was successful.
