When trying to connect to Adams Web or Adams Admin the user is immediately taking taken to a page with a Login button that tells them they don’t have permission to connect. They are never prompted for login information or to choose an account. |

The wrong user information is cached for the site. This solution applied applies to Chrome.
Open a new blank tab
chrome://settings/siteData
Search the cookies for the site
Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for the site
Search the cookies for login.microsoftonline.com
...
Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for microsoftonline (i.e. Azure)
