Problem
When trying to connect to Adams Web or Adams Admin the user is immediately taking to a page with a Login button that tells them they don’t have permission to connect. They are never prompted for login information or to choose an account.
Solution
The wrong user information is cached for the site. This solution applied to Chrome.
Open a new blank tab
chrome://settings/siteData
Search the cookies for the site
Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for the site
When navigating to the site you should now be prompted to choose a login account or enter login information.
