1. Open a new blank tab

2. Access the browser’s site data cache:

   1. For Chrome, type: chrome://settings/siteData

   2. For Edge, type: edge://settings/siteData

3. Search the cookies for login.microsoftonline

4. Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for microsoftonline (i.e. Azure) (.com and .us)

If those do not work, try “Sign out everywhere” from the Microsoft account page.
