Logging into a cloud application fails. The account being used to automatically login is incorrect but the option to pick a different account is never given. |
Go to this URL and it will sign out (logout) of the current account https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf
This issue may occur when multiple cloud accounts are being used from the same computer. |
If using Chrome or Edge, then in addition, you may need to clear the cookies for login.microsoftonline.com and login.microsoftonline.us.
Open a new blank tab
Access the browser’s site data cache:
For Chrome, type: chrome://settings/siteData
For Edge, type: edge://settings/siteData
Search the cookies for login.microsoftonline
Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for microsoftonline (i.e. Azure) (.com and .us)
Try logging into Adams Web or Adams Admin again
If it still does not work, try “Sign out everywhere” from the Microsoft account page.
If those steps do not resolve it, other things to try are:
Incognito mode
Disabling extensions
If you are trying to register a new outside agency user and the Adams Web registration page does not appear, be sure that the url has Register.aspx appended and that the user’s IP is in the outside agency’s IP list (see Adams Admin > Agencies).
Registration url example: https://servername.foray.com/AdamsWeb/Register.aspx
If this page does not show or the user is prompted to pick an account first, then the user’s external IP is not in an Outside Agency’s external IP list.

Exit Bridge
Go to the Adams Bridge installation directory (e.g. %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\<guid>\<guid>\adam..tion_<guid>)
Delete the Foray.Adams.dll.msalcache.bin3 file
Go to the Adams Web Assets page to launch bridge. You now should be prompted to enter credentials.
