Adams Web (AW) icons do not show.   Any of the following could be the reason.

Downloading Fonts are disabled

  1. Internet Explorer Options > Security > Local Intranet > Custom level... > Downloads > Font download
  2. Enable should be selected

Server is not in the Local Intranet site list

  1. Internet Explorer Options > Security > Local Intranet > Sites > Advanced
  2. Add the Adams Web server's domain to the list (e.g. http://*.domain.com or https://*.domain.com)
  3. To verify the Adams Web pages are treated as intranet pages, in IE > use IE.  Enable the menu bar.  Then select File > Properties >Zone.  The Zone should be Intranet not Internet
