If using Chrome or Edge, then in addition, you may need to clear the cookies for login.microsoftonline.com and login.microsoftonline.us.

  1. Open a new blank tab

  2. Access the browser’s site data cache:

    1. For Chrome, type: chrome://settings/siteData

    2. For Edge, type: edge://settings/siteData

  3. Search the cookies for login.microsoftonline

  4. Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for microsoftonline (i.e. Azure) (.com and .us)

  1. Try logging into Adams Web or Adams Admin again

  2. If it still does not work, try “Sign out everywhere” from the Microsoft account page.

If those steps do not resolve it, other things to try are:

  • Incognito mode

  • Disabling extensions
