Problem

Adams Bridge displays a message saying "Unable to connect to Adams Web" and then exits. |
Solution
Verify in the Central Config that the Adams Web URL is correct.
- On the Adams Admin server, run Configure Adams
- Open the Adams Admin Foray.Adams.Config file (e.g. c:\wwwroot\inetpub\AdamsAdmin\Foray.Adams.Config)
- Load Central Config button
- Edit Central Config button
- Copy the "Adams Web URL" and paste it into a browser such as IE to see if it opens Adams Web. If it doesn't correct the URL or investigate why Adams Web is not working.
- If the Adams Web URL is changed, then recycle Adams Admin and Adams Web application pools
