How to Update Entra ID App Secrets

This document covers how to renew Entra ID app registration secrets for Adams Admin and Adams Web and securely provide them to Foray.

Azure Portal → Entra ID → Manage → App registrations

These steps will be repeated for both Adams Admin and Adams Web. Capture the secrets in the Foray App Secret Renewal form.

Select the application to be configured (Adams Admin or Adams Web)
Manage → Certificates & secrets
Click New client secret
Description: For MS Graph access
Expires: Choose a time frame and set yourself a reminder to renew. Foray will need a new secret before this secret expires.
Click Add
Copy the secret Value not the Secret ID
This value must be provided to Foray. Paste it into the form referenced above.
Enter the expiration date into the form.

The secret Value must be copied before signing out. Once you sign out it will no longer be accessible. Be sure to copy the Value and not the Secret ID.

When both new secrets have been created submit the form to Foray.
