Process RAW image from Digital Workplace into Photoshop
Perform processing in Photoshop
Save as TIFF
Click Return in Digital WorkplaceThe processed asset does not appear

Solution

Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file type

  1. Windows Explorer->Folder Options->View
  2. Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file type
