Problem

Digital Workplace is running slowly or takes a long time to open

Solution

Empty the trash.  If the user does not have a default folder, DW will try to open the trash.  If there are a lot of items in the trash, then it will take a long time to open.

If emptying the trash does not solve it, try deleting the user's profile.

  1. Close DW
  2. Delete the user's profile
  3. Log into the machine again
  4. Run DW
