Access the browser’s site data cache:
For Chrome, type:
chrome://settings/siteData
For Edge, type:
edge://settings/siteData
Search the cookies for
login.microsoftonline
Click the trash can to delete all cookies/data for microsoftonline (i.e. Azure) (.com and .us)
Try logging into Adams Web or Adams Admin again
If it still does not work, try “Sign out everywhere” from the Microsoft account page for Azure accounts or the MS Live account page for Microsoft Live accounts (e.g. gmail.com guest accounts).

If you are trying to register a new outside agency user and the Adams Web registration page does not appear, be sure that the url has Register.aspx appended matches the format below and that the user’s IP is in the outside agency’s IP list (see Adams Admin > Agencies).
Registration url example: 8.0 - https://servername.foray.com/adamsweb/Public/Register
Pre-8.0 - https://servername.foray.com/AdamsWeb/Register.aspx
If this page does not show or the user is prompted to pick an account first, then the user’s external IP is not in an Outside Agency’s external IP list.
